INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMIT OF LIABILITY
By purchasing any item produced by NarrowBase LLC the buyer assumes all responsibility for use of said product. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NarrowBase LLC for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, transportation or use of the item. NarrowBase LLC is not liable for misuse of any product purchased either directly from NarrowBase LLC or from a dealer/distributor. You may have other rights, which vary in different states and municipalities.
NarrowBase LLC does not sell toys. None of the items found on the NarrowBase website are intended for use by children under 14 years of age.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Most items from NarrowBase LLC are made to order. It typically takes between 1 to 3 days for us to print and ship orders. If we anticipate a lead time greater than 7 days, you will be notified with an explanation for the delay via email. If you have any questions about the lead time on a specific item, please email us via our contact page.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information, or any other correspondence for us.
If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
All 3D printed items are made to order. An “In Stock” listing for a 3D printed item means that we have supply of the selected color in the shop. We do not keep inventory of Pre-Printed items.
We use the highest quality plastic for our 3d printed parts available. We keep constant rolling stock of all colors offered in the store. Color and opacity can vary from spools of different dye lots, sometimes between spools of the same dye lot, and even can vary slightly during prints from the same spool. This can be especially difficult with lighter colors. Due to these variations in raw materials, we cannot always guarantee a perfect match between 3d printed parts. We reserve the right to change suppliers and or color offerings without notice.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Modification of any kind will void your warranty. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposure to excessive heat.
NarrowBase LLC will ship internationally. However please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you’re ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
All items with a value of more than $100 are shipped signature required if possible; please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please email us as soon as possible via our contact page and be sure to include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.
NO SHIPPING DAYS
NarrowBase LLC will be closed the following days. No orders will ship these days, but you can still order through the website as usual.
The day after Thanksgiving Day
We will provide parts or service on items that prove to be defective from the time of manufacture for up to 90 days. Please follow all instructions for care and use as failure to do so may void your warranty. Evidence of over exposure, miss use, or abuse may void your warranty. Do not continue to use an item that has been damaged or is broken.
RETURNS, AND REPLACEMENTS
NarrowBase LLC accepts returns only on unused items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please keep in mind that every item is printed made to order. When we accept a return we then have to keep it in inventory until such time as another customer orders the exact item/s. Therefore a re-stocking fee may need to be applied. Refunds are for cost of goods only and will not include original shipping charges. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Please ensure that your order is accurate at the time it is placed. Since many of our products are made to order we cannot cancel orders once the build process has begun.
All orders with a Rhode Island shipping address will include Rhode Island sales tax on the merchandise portion of your order, unless you provide us with proof of tax exempt status.
